For the Terms of Use "ZyronOut", "Website", "Site", "We" and "Company", refer to Allied Ventures.

The term 'You' refers to the user or viewer of the application.

Delivery

Steam Press deliveries will be made in 48 - 72

The Dry-Cleaning garments will be delivered in 120 hours, delays if any, shall be communicated.

Some articles may require additional turn-around time owing to the complexity of the stains, garments, additional drying time etc.

We take all efforts to deliver clothes as per the allotted date in the invoice, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times

Pricing

Customer will be charged 50% extra for any express / urgent orders.

The minimum order value (after discount) depends upon the distance from the shop. The minimum order value is Rs. 120 for areas within 1km from the shop, Rs. 300 for areas from 1 km up to 5 kms and Rs. 500 beyond 5 kms.

If the order is below the minimum order value, there is a default delivery charge of Rs. 20 for a round trip of pickup and delivery which increases by Rs. 10 per km depending upon the distance from the shop.

The tariff / rate for designer garments or garments with certain work / embroidery etc. will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.

ZyronOut reserves the right to modify or end the offer without further intimation. ZyronOut reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the mobile / web application, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. ZyronOut reserves the right to modify the prices of any article, or its terms & conditions at any time.

Processing

We will undertake the cleaning of the articles in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods deployed by us include Washing, Wet Cleaning & Solvent based Dry Cleaning depending on the type of article.

All garments are accepted at Customer's risk and ZyronOut will not responsible for fastness / running / bleeding of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work, discoloration, trimming or any other damage on the garments during process.

Every effort is made to remove stains, but we, will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains which cannot be completely treated even after multiple attempts.

We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewellery fittings on the garment.

Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.

Special care instructions, if any should be mentioned in advance. Company accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned. We due to time constraints do not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels, and will not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only"

We may use the images of customer's articles for promotional purposes

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Thane / Mumbai only.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

We are fully commitment towards customer satisfaction. However, if you are displeased with the services provided, we are just a call away. In case any article gets damaged or is lost during the processing, our Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program will be applicable.

Guaranteed cloth protection

• Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program protects customers against any damage/loss during the processing of item.
• Liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing that item and the same shall be compensated by Voucher
• Get free re-processing in case of processing quality issue.
• As a promotional offer, this protection program is at zero cost for our customers. However, it is applicable only for the orders for which payment is made through the our mobile / web application.
• Order value of item refers to the processing cost for the item after discount as per the our invoice.
• Customers are requested to examine and count garments at the time of delivery and inform the delivery person in case of missing articles. ZyronOut will not be responsible for any missing claims after delivery. All damages, loss or quality issue must be reported within 7 Days of delivery. Any complaints received after 7 days of delivery will be null and void and will not be covered under this program.
